探讨中药大黄应用于急性重症胰腺炎临床治疗中的有效性

摘　　要：目的探讨中药大黄应用在急性重症胰腺炎治疗中的临床效果。方法研究对象选取本院2020年6月-2022年6月收治的104例急性重症胰腺炎患者,随机将其分为对照组(52例)与实验组(52例),对照组接受奥曲肽治疗,实验组采取奥曲肽联合中药大黄方法治疗,对比其疗效。结果治疗前,两组患者CRP、白细胞计数、血尿淀粉酶、AST、ALT、TBil以及白蛋白浓度差异性对比均不明显(P>0.05);治疗后,两组各项临床指标均相对改善于治疗前,但实验组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组治疗后总有效率是73.08%,不良反应发生率为36.54%;实验组总有效率为88.46%,不良反应率为11.54%,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性重症胰腺炎在常规治疗基础上加用中药大黄,能够显著提高疗效,改善患者各项症状和肝功能,值得在临床上推广。Objective To explore clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine rhubarb in treatment of acute severe pancreatitis.Methods The paper chose 104 patients with acute severe pancreatitis admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 as study objects,and divided them into two groups randomly:control group of 52 cases and experimental group of 52 cases.Control group was treated with octreotide treatment,while experimental group with octreotide combined with traditional Chinese medicine rhubarb.Curative effect was compared between groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in CRP,white blood cell count,blood and urine amylase,AST,ALT,TBil and albumin concentrations between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,all clinical indicators in both groups were better relatively than before treatment,but those of experimental group were significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Total effective rate of control group after treatment was 73.08%,incidence of adverse reactions was 36.54%;total effective rate of experimental group was 88.46%and adverse reaction rate was 11.54%,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine rhubarb can significantly improve curative effect,various symptoms and liver function for patients with acute severe pancreatitis based on routine treatment,which has good prospects for promotion.
