沙库巴曲缬沙坦对早期心力衰竭患者心功能的恢复作用

摘　　要：目的研究早期心力衰竭患者在恢复心功能过程中使用沙库巴曲缬沙坦的效果。方法选择58例早期心力衰竭患者进行数据研究,随机将其分为对照组和观察者,每组29例。观察组采用美托洛尔联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗,对照组患者采取美托洛尔联合依那普利治疗,对比两组患者的组间数据。结果此次实验中,治疗后,与对照组患者进行对比分析,观察组患者的疗效、各项心功能指标(LVEDD、LVEF、CO、LVESD)、6MWT、NT-pro BNP、血清学指标(CRP、SCr、cTnT)、各项临床指标(MAP、SaO_(2)、HR)均显著性改善(P<0.05);对比两组患者治疗前的各项心功能指标、6MWT、NT-pro BNP、血清学指标、各项临床指标,无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论早期心力衰竭患者在恢复心功能过程中使用沙库巴曲缬沙坦,临床治疗效果较为理想。Objective To study effect of sacubitril valsartan for recovery of cardiac function of early heart failure patients.Methods The paper chose data of 58 patients with early heart failure for study,observation group and control group was treated with metoprolol combined with salbutamol and valsartan and metoprolol combined with enalapril respectively.Data between two groups were compared.Results In the experiment,comparative analysis after treatment showed,cuartive effect,various cardiac function indicators(LVEDD,LVEF,CO,LVESD),6MWT,NT pro BNP,serological indicators(CRP,SCr,cTnT)and various clinical indicators(MAP,SaO_(2),HR)of observation group patients were significantly better than control group,(P<0.05).Various cardiac function indicators,6MWT,NT pro BNP,serological indicators and clinical indicators between two groups before treatment showed(P>0.05).Conclusion Sacubitril valsartan can achieve ideal clinical treatment effect for early heart failure patients during process of heart function recovery.
