摘 要:目的评价黄疸新生儿的治疗中采用持续蓝光照射与间断蓝光照射的效果。方法随机抽选2020年4月-2022年4月本院诊治的50例黄疸新生儿进行分析,将新生儿采取随机数字表法完成分组,参照组选入25例新生儿,对其实施持续蓝光照射治疗;探究组选入25例新生儿,对其实施间断蓝光照射治疗。完成3~5d的治疗后,对两组患儿的总有效率、血清胆红素水平、黄疸消退情况、肝功能指标及不良反应发生率进行评价。结果治疗后,探究组和参照组的总有效率比较无明显差别(P>0.05);探究组和参照组的治疗前血清胆红素值、胆红素降至正常天数、胆红素日均降低值及治疗后血清胆红素值比较无明显差别(P>0.05);探究组排便次数多于参照组,胎便转黄时间和黄疸消退时间均短于参照组(P<0.05);探究组治疗后总胆红素水平明显低于参照组(P<0.05);探究组完成治疗后的不良反应发生率明显低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论间断蓝光照射与持续蓝光照射用于黄疸新生儿治疗中均能取得较好的疗效,但在降低不良反应发生率方面间断蓝光照射治疗的应用优势更显著,值得参考。Objective To evaluate effect of continuous and intermittent blue light irradiation in treatment of neonates with jaundice.Methods The paper chose 50 neonates with jaundice diagnosed and treated in our hospital from April 2020 to April 2022 for analysis,and divided them into groups with random number table method.25 cases in reference group were treated with continuous blue light irradiation,and 25 cases in exploration group with intermittent blue light irradiation.After 3-5 days of treatment,total effective rate,serum bilirubin levels,jaundice resolution,liver function indicators and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups were evaluated.Results After treatment,there was no significant difference in total effective rate between exploration group and reference group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in serum bilirubin value,number of days bilirubin decreasing to normal,daily average decrease in bilirubin before treatment and serum bilirubin value after treatment between exploration group and reference group(P>0.05).Exploration group had more frequent bowel movements than control group and fetal stool turning yellow time and jaundice subsiding time was shorter than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,total bilirubin level in exploration group was significantly lower than reference group(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions after treatment in exploration group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Both intermittent and continuous blue light irradiation can achieve good curative effect in treatment of neonatal jaundice,but intermittent blue light irradiation has more significant application advantage in reducing incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of reference.
