摘  要:开展野生果子狸(Paguma larvata)调查和监测研究,有助于及时掌握该物种的种群动态,能够为国家野生动物保护和疾控等部门提供重要的信息支持。本研究利用红外相机技术分析福建君子峰国家级自然保护区果子狸种群数量及活动规律。结果显示:(1)保护区种群密度为0.496只/km^(2),种群数量约为89只。(2)果子狸的活动在季节之间没有显著性差异(P>0.05),但在不同海拔之间有显著差异(P<0.05),相比于500 m以下和800 m以上,果子狸更倾向于栖息于500~799 m的海拔范围内;果子狸没有明显的季节性沿海拔迁移的活动规律(P>0.05)。本研究首次利用红外相机技术估算果子狸的种群数量并分析活动规律,能够为野生果子狸的生态学研究和监测提供重要的参考。Conducting a survey and monitoring study on the wild Masked Palm Civet(Paguma larvata)helps to timely grasp the population dynamics of this species,providing important information support for national wildlife protection and disease control departments.In this study,infrared camera technology was used to ana⁃lyze the population size and activity patterns of the Masked Palm Civet in the Fujian Junzifeng National Na⁃ture Reserve.The results showed that:(1)The population density of the Reserve was 0.496 individual/km^(2),with an estimated population of about 89 individuals.(2)The activity of the Masked Palm Civet did not show signifi⁃cant differences between seasons(P>0.05),but it did show significant differences between different altitudes(P<0.05).It preferred to inhabit the altitude range of 500~799 meters rather than below 500 meters or above 800 meters.No significant seasonal migration patterns related to altitude were observed in the Masked Palm Civet(P>0.05).This study estimated the population of the Masked Palm Civet for the first time using infrared camera technology and analyzed its activity patterns,providing important reference for ecological research and monitoring of wild Masked Palm Civet populations.
