打造交叉特色鲜明的经济管理学科,助力学校世界一流大学建设

摘　　要：建设一流经济管理学科是建成世界一流大学的必备条件。南京理工大学拥有将经管类学科与理工类学科深度交叉融合的优势条件,培育工科底蕴的经管类人才、发掘更多的学科交叉方向、加强跨学科师资队伍建设是南理工经管类学科发展的必然趋势。基于学校现有基础,从建设“智能+”经管专业群、加大学科交叉领域科研支持、加强跨学科高端人才引进等角度提出建设交叉特色鲜明经济管理学科的路径。One prerequisite for a world top-class university construction lies in the top-class discipline construction of economics and management.Nanjing University of Science and Technology possesses some advantageous conditions to deeply integrate economics and management with technical engineering.An inevitable tendency for economics and management discipline development at NJUST presumes the cultivation of economics and management talents with a solid technical background,the exploration of more interdisciplinary subjects and the enforced interdisciplinary staff construction.On the basis of currently available resources at NJUST,this paper proposes new routes for feature-distinctive interdisciplinary economics and management construction.These construction routes include various measures,such as to construct“Artificial Intellgence plus”economics and management discipline clusters,to strengthen financial and research support in more interdisciplinary fields,and to enforce interdisciplinary talent employment.
