摘  要:对淄博市基于热电联产及工业余热利用的供热规划进行探讨。淄博市区现状工业余热供热占比低,工业余热供热发展潜力巨大。淄博城区供热企业众多,各供热企业热网彼此独立,且存在重复建设的情况,供热保障率低、安全性差。供热规划进行全市煤电行业结构优化和转型升级,打破域内行政区划限制,统筹规划建设互联互通主干热网,在更大的区域范围内合理配置利用热电联产和工业余热资源,解决部分地区热源供需不匹配问题,实现供热系统的节能减排。The heating planning based on combined heat and power and industrial waste heat utilization in Zibo City is discussed.Currently,the proportion of industrial waste heat used for heating in Zibo urban area is low,but there is a huge potential for development.Zibo City has many heating enterprises,but each enterprise operates independently,resulting repeated construction,low heating guarantee rate and poor safety.The heating planning aims to optimize and upgrade the coal-fired power industry structure,break administrative boundaries,and coordinate the construction of interconnected main heating networks.It involves the rational allocation and utilization of resources within a larger regional scope to address the issue of heat supply-demand mismatch and achieve energy-saving and emission reduction in the heating system.
