摘  要:结合工程实例,对蒸汽管道直埋穿越河流工程设计要点进行探讨。涉及蒸汽管道设计、管道布置方式、补偿方式、工作管壁厚设计、抗浮设计。河底直埋蒸汽管道采用旋转补偿器补偿,利用河道内沙洲设置补偿器井,解决蒸汽管道直埋穿越河流时补偿器选型及布置的难题,提高河底直埋蒸汽管道的安全性。该蒸汽管道于2018年建成投运,至今运行状况良好。Combined with engineering examples,the design points of directly buried steam pipeline crossing river engineering are discussed.It involves steam pipeline design,pipeline layout mode,compensation mode,working pipe wall thickness and anti-floating design.The directly buried steam pipeline at the bottom of the river is compensated by a rotating compensator,and the compensator well is set up on the sandbar in the river to solve the problem of compensator selection and layout when the steam pipeline is directly buried across the river and improve the safety of the directly buried steam pipeline at the bottom of the river.The steam pipeline was completed and put into operation in 2018 and has been in good condition so far.
