摘 要:以石家庄某商业大厦为研究对象,对清洁供暖改造方案的技术经济性进行分析。清洁供暖系统利用相变蓄热技术,缓解空气源热泵在低温环境下能效降低、易结霜等问题,适用于供暖期室外温度持续偏低的北方地区。供暖期,清洁供暖系统运行稳定、高效,室内温度可保持在20~22℃。与改造前相比,清洁供暖系统年电费降低40.5%。系统生命周期一定时,清洁供暖系统年费用小于原供暖系统,清洁供暖系统的经济性更优。Taking a commercial building in Shijiazhuang as the research object,the technical economy of the clean heating renovation scheme is analyzed.The clean heating system uses phase-change heat storage technology to alleviate the problems of air-source heat pump in low temperature environment,such as low energy efficiency and easy frosting,and is applicable to the northern areas where the outdoor temperature continues to be low during the heating period.During the heating period,the clean heating system operates stably and efficiently,and the indoor temperature can be maintained at 20℃to 22℃.Compared with before renovation,the annual electricity cost of the clean heating system is reduced by 40.5%.When the life cycle of the system is fixed,the annual cost of the clean heating system is less than that of the original heating system,and the economy of the clean heating system is better.
