摘  要:以LNG储备调峰站为研究对象,结合工程实例,提出BOG压缩机的选型原则:以储罐基础蒸发量为基准选用压缩机;配置多台BOG压缩机,选择相同的型号规格;在出口压力能满足要求的前提下尽量选择螺杆机。分析BOG压缩机的启动方式和启动模式。建议BOG压缩机启动方式采用变频启动,启动模式采用一对一变频启动。讨论变频启动的注意事项。Taking LNG reserve peak-shaving stations as the research object,and combined with engineering examples,the selection principles of BOG compressor are proposed:Compressor is selected based on the basic evaporation capacity of the storage tank;Multiple BOG compressors are configured,and the same model and specifications are selected;On the premise that the outlet pressure can meet the requirements,screw compressor should be selected as much as possible.The starting method and mode of BOG compressor are analyzed.It is recommended to use variable frequency starting for the BOG compressor,and the starting mode should be one-to-one.The precautions for variable frequency starting are discussed.
