摘　　要：分析调压器关闭性能的影响因素以及相应的解决措施,提出一种浮动阀垫设计。通过试验证实,采用浮动阀垫可以在不降低调压器其他性能指标的前提下,降低调压器瞬间关闭压力和长时间保压后关闭压力,有效提升了调压器关闭性能。The factors affecting the closing performance of the pressure regulator and the corresponding solutions are analyzed,and a float valve pad design is put forward.It has been proved by experiments that the float valve pad can reduce the instantaneous closing pressure of the pressure regulator and the closing pressure after long-term pressure holding without reducing other performance indicators of the pressure regulator,which effectively improves the closing performance of the pressure regulator.
