摘  要:文中介绍了一种E面波导枝节加载型移相器的设计和制造。该移相器为F波段45°固定移相器,主通道采用三阶E面短路波导枝节加载结构。为了方便测试和未来应用,研制了F波段E面波导90°相移电桥功分器,一路为参考通道,另一路加载45°移相器的移相主通道。对功分器的两通路进行了对比测试,测试结果表明两通道在100~110 GHz频段内,相位差45°±2°,差损值低于0.4 dB。The design and fabrication of a kind of E-plane stub-loaded phase shifter is present.A three-stub E-plane short circuit waveguide is applied in the main path to realize an F-band 45°fixed phase shifter.In order to facilitate test and future application,an F-band E-plane branch waveguide 90°hybrid power divider is fulfilled,one branch of which is used as a reference path and the other branch of which is loaded with a 45°phase shifter as shifter′s main path.After a comparative test,the result indicates that the phase shifter′s measured insertion loss is lower than 0.4 dB,and the phase error is within 45°±2° between 100 GHz and 110 GHz.
