摘  要:文中设计了一种Ku频段新型全金属高隔离度线极化双工器,它由一个正交模耦合器(Ortho-mode Transducer,OMT)和两个不同频段的滤波器组成。OMT采用非对称无隔膜形式,在保持结构紧凑的同时实现了全带宽通信,具有优异的线极化特性。为抑制带外信号,提高双工器端口隔离度,上行链路通道采用了结构紧凑、损耗小的消失模带通滤波器,下行链路通道采用结构简单的阶梯阻抗低通滤波器。测试结果表明,线极化双工器覆盖了卫星通信上下行链路的全部带宽(上行:13.75~14.5 GHz,下行:10.7~12.75 GHz),在工作频段范围内反射系数小于-15 dB,端口隔离度优于85 dB。A novel Ku-band all-metal high-isolation waveguide linearly-polarized diplexer is designed in this paper.The diplexer consists of an ortho-mode transducer (OMT) and two different frequency filters.The OMT adopts the form of asymmetric non-diaphragm and has excellent linear polarization characteristics.The structure enables full bandwidth communication while keeping the structure compact.In order to suppress the out-of-band signal and improve the port isolation,the uplink channel adopts an evanescent-mode band-pass filter,and the downlink channel adopts a stepped-impedance low-pass filter.The test results show that the linear polarized diplexer can cover the entire bandwidth of Ku-band satellite communication (uplink:13.75-14.5 GHz,downlink:10.7-12.75 GHz),the reflection coefficient is less than-15 dB in the working frequency range,and the port isolation is better than 85 dB.
