摘  要:氢作为一种清洁能源载体,在实现“双碳”战略目标中将发挥重要作用。氢气可以通过生物能、太阳能和风能等可再生能源产生,并利用燃料电池或氢发动机将其直接转化为电能,不产生任何污染。虽然氢能和燃料电池技术在多个领域取得突破,但作为氢能基础设施的加氢站,目前仍存在产业化不足、商业模式欠缺等问题,成为氢能在交通领域大规模应用的重要瓶颈之一。压缩机作为加氢站的核心动设备,其发展水平直接影响加氢站商业化进程。围绕加氢站应用,剖析了隔膜压缩机、液驱活塞压缩机、离子液体压缩机和往复活塞压缩机等典型加氢站压缩机的主要特点、发展现状,针对存在的主要问题与挑战,分析了加氢站压缩机技术发展趋势,给出了行业发展建议。Hydrogen,as a clean energy carrier,will play an important role in achieving the“dual carbon”strategy goals.It can be produced from renewable energy sources such as biomass,solar and wind power,and converted directly into electricity by using fuel cells or hydrogen engines without any pollution.Although hydrogen energy and fuel cell technology have made breakthroughs in multiple fields,the hydrogen refueling station,as the infrastructure for hydrogen energy,there are still some problems such as insufficient industrialization and lack of business models,becoming an important bottleneck for the large-scale application of hydrogen energy in the transportation field.As the core equipment of hydrogen refueling station,the development level of compressor directly affects the commercialization process of hydrogen refueling station.This paper analyzes the main characteristics and development status of typical compressors applied in hydrogen refueling stations,such as diaphragm compressors,hydraulically driven piston compressors,ionic liquid compressors,and reciprocating piston compressors.Meanwhile,aiming at the main issues and challenges,the development trend of hydrogen refueling station compressor technology is analyzed,and suggestions for industry development are given.
