摘  要:全面分析了气阀对往复压缩机排气量的影响机理。气阀的余隙容积影响压缩机容积系数;气阀弹簧力影响压缩机压力系数;气阀气密性及延迟关闭影响压缩机泄漏系数;气阀的功耗影响压缩机温度系数。通过6M50-308/314氮氢气压缩机一级气阀改造实例表明,气阀对压缩机排气量存在较大影响。压缩机设计及运行过程中,要充分考虑气阀对压缩机排气量的影响。This paper analyzes the influence mechanism of valves on the displacement of reciprocating compressor.The clearance volume from the valves affects the volume coefficient.The spring forces in the valves affect the pressure coefficient.The air tightness and delayed closing of the valves affect the leakage coefficient.The power consumption caused by the valves affects the temperature coefficient.The transformation of the first-stage valves in 6M50-308/314 type H_(2)-N_(2) compressor shows that the valves have great influence on the displacement.Therefore,the influence of the valves on the displacement should be considered comprehensively during the process of design and operation of reciprocating compressor.
