1例新月体肾炎并发皮肤毛霉菌感染患儿的用药监护

摘　　要：1例10岁儿童,因肌酐进行性升高入院,诊断为新月体型肾小球肾炎、慢性肾脏病5期。在院期间发现合并皮肤毛霉菌感染。临床药师综合患儿病情、肾功能情况、合并治疗等进行个体分析,协助医护团队制定抗真菌治疗方案,给予注射用两性霉素B、泊沙康唑口服液序贯治疗,并对两性霉素B的不良反应进行监护。经过对症治疗,患儿病情好转出院。A 10-year-old child admitted to the hospital with progressive creatinine elevation was diagnosed with glomerulonephritis crescent and stage 5 chronic kidney disease.Skin mucormycosis infection was found during hospitalization.The clinical pharmacists made individual analysis on the condition,renal function and combined treatment of the patient,and assisted the medical team to formulate an antifungal treatment plan.The patient was given sequential treatment with Amphotericin B for injection and posaconazole oral solution.Monitoring for adverse reactions to Amphotericin B ensured safe and effective medication for the child.After symptomatic treatment,the child was discharged.
