摘　　要：媒介化生存下,网络形象的自我塑造是高校辅导员开展思想政治教育工作的重要途径。当前,高校辅导员网络形象塑造在缺场交往与在场缺位的错置、职业形象与自我形象的交织、现实自我与理想镜像的冲突、理性引导与情感传播的张力中面临着时空、角色、发展和交往等多种困境。提升新时期高校思想政治教育工作水平,需要不断提升媒介化生存语境下辅导员队伍的网络形象,从辅导员网络形象自我塑造的意识、能力、规划和技术手段出发,切实提升高校思想政治工作队伍的能力水平。Under the existence of media,self-shaping of online image is an important way for college advi-sors to carry out ideological and political education.Currently,the construction of college advisors'online image faces many dilemmas in terms of space and time,role,development,and communication,such as the dislocation between absent communication and absent presence,the interweaving of professional image and self-image,the conflict between realistic self and ideal image,and the tension between rational guid-ance and emotional transmission.To improve the level of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era,it is necessary to continuously enhance the online image of advisors in the con-text of media existence,and effectively improve the level of ideological and political teams in colleges and universities by focusing on the consciousness,ability,planning,and technical means of self-shaping advi-sors'online image.
