摘　　要：在燃烧器基本配置的基础上,采用西门子S7-200 Smart PLC可编程控制器和LFL1.322燃烧器专用控制器作为硬件控制平台,通过STEP 7-MicroWIN SMART软件设计PLC梯形图,实现低氮燃烧器多负荷串级控制。选用西门子Smart 1000 IE V3型号人机界面,通过WinCC flexible SMART V4组态软件完成人机界面的画面组态。实际运行表明,采用该设计的烟气外部循环低氮燃烧器系统,能够满足设计要求,可以达到锅炉在燃烧过程中自动控制和低氮排放的目的。On the basis of the basic configuration of the burner,Siemens S7-200 Smart PLC and LFL1.322 burner controller are used as the hardware control platform,and the PLC ladder diagram is designed through STEP 7-MicroWIN SMART software to realize the multi-load cascade of the low-nitrogen burner control.The human-computer interface of Si-emens Smart 1000 IE V3 model is selected,and the screen configuration of the human-computer interface is completed through WinCC flexible SMART V4 configuration software.The actual operation shows that the flue gas external circulation low-nitrogen burner system with the design can meet the design requirements,and the purpose of automatic control and low nitrogen emission of the boiler during the combustion process can be achieved.
