摘  要:膨胀槽是有机热载体锅炉系统中的重要安全装置。针对某印染企业有机热载体锅炉系统初期运行过程中膨胀槽超温问题,从导热油在循环管路与膨胀槽之间流动引起的热量传递上进行深入分析并采取针对性技术措施,有效地解决了膨胀槽超温的问题。同时,对膨胀槽容积计算及安装要求进行了探讨。锅炉运行情况表明,膨胀槽整体温度能够长期维持在70℃以下,锅炉循环油泵进出口压力波动较小,锅炉整体运行平稳。The expansion tank is an important safety device in the organic heat transfer material heaters system.The problem of over-temperature of expansion tank in the initial operation of organic heat transfer material heaters system used in a printing and dyeing enterprise is analyzed in depth and targeted technical measures are taken to effectively solve the problem of over-temperature of expansion tank caused by the flow of thermal conductive oil between circulating pipeline and expansion tank.At the same time,the volume calculation and installation requirements of the expansion tank are discussed.The operation of the boiler shows that the overall temperature of the expansion tank can be maintained below 70℃ for a long time,the pressure fluctuation of the boiler circulating oil pump inlet and outlet is small,and the overall operation of the boiler is smooth.
