摘　　要：在线粒体呼吸过程中产生的低水平活性氧(ROS)在几种信号通路中起着关键作用。氧化应激(OS)发生时ROS超过了细胞的抗氧化清除能力,导致细胞损伤。本文主要总结精子体外操作过程中的OS及其对精子功能和胚胎发育的影响。Reactive oxygen species(ROS)generated at low levels during mitochondrial respiration play a key role in several signaling pathways.Oxidative stress(OS)arises when the generation of ROS exceeds the cell′s antioxidant scavenging ability and leads to cell damage.This review summarizes OS during sperm in vitro manipulation and its effects on sperm function and embryonic development.
