摘　　要：目的了解鲁西地区男性人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染和基因亚型分布情况。方法采用HPV基因分型技术对鲁西地区1489例男性患者进行HPV检测,阳性者进行基因亚型分析。结果1489例患者中,HPV总阳性率为69.64%。阳性患者多为单一感染,其中尖锐湿疣者占65.57%,多为单纯低危型感染,而无症状者多为单纯高危型感染。基因亚型分析提示低危型以6、11型为主,高危型以16、59、52为主。二、四、九价疫苗覆盖率分别为4.63%、47.64%及54.97%。不同年龄阶段均存在HPV感染,感染阳性率最高的年龄段为>60岁及≤20岁。结论在我国经济欠发达地区,男性HPV感染率较高,且各年龄段均有涉及。明确本地区男性HPV感染情况和亚型分布,加强HPV筛查及宣传工作,对本地区男性相关疾病及女性伴侣的宫颈癌等疾病的防治都具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the distribution of human papilloma virus(HPV)infection and gene subtypes in men in western area of Shandong Province.Methods HPV genotyping technology was used to detect HPV in 1,489 male patients in western area of Shandong Province,and gene subtypes distribution was analyzed in positive patients.Results In 1,489 patients,the total positive rate of HPV was 69.64%.The positive cases were mostly single infection,65.57%of which were condyloma acuminatum and almost of them were simple low-risk infection.Asymptomatic patients were mostly simple high-risk infections.Genotype 6 and 11 were predominant in low-risk genotype,while 16,59 and 52 were predominant in high-risk genotype.The coverage rate of the second,fourth and ninth valent vaccines was 4.63%,47.64%and 54.97%,respectively.HPV infection occurs at all ages,the highest infection positive rate were>60 years old and≤20 years old.Conclusions The infection rate of male HPV is high and coverage all age groups in less developed areas of China.It is of guiding significance to clarify the situation and subtype distribution of male HPV infection in our region,strengthen HPV screening and publicity,prevent and cure male-related diseases and cervical cancer as well as other diseases of female partners in our region.
