摘　　要：辨证保健是将中医辨证论治和治未病理念与中医养生保健思想协调统一的创新保健模式。中医辨证保健在男性生殖健康中应用广泛,通过微观辨证,将中医辨证思想与现代理化指标有机融合,并在以益肾填精为基础治法的基础上辨证用药,同时内治与多种外治疗法配合应用,并强调未病先防,为男性生殖健康提供全方位、多角度中医药预防保健的方案,充分发挥中医药在生殖领域的优势,以期更好地服务广大有生育需求男性群体。Syndrome differentiation and health care is an innovative health care model that harmonizes and unifies the concept of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome differentiation and treatment with the concept of pre-disease treatment,together with TCM health care thought.TCM syndrome differentiation and health care is widely used in male reproductive health.Through microscopic differentiation,the TCM differentiation idea is organically integrated with modern physical and chemical indicators.And on the basis of benefiting the kidney and filling the essence as the basic treatment method,the dialectical medicine is used,while internal treatment is applied in conjunction with a variety of external treatment methods and prevention before disease is emphasized.We provide comprehensive and multi-faceted TCM preventive health care programs for male reproductive health,giving full play to the advantages of TCM in the field of reproduction,in order to better serve the general male population with fertility needs.
