摘　　要：目的:了解某院药品不良反应(ADR)的发生情况及特点,促进临床安全合理用药。方法:回顾性调查2019~2021年某院上报的248例ADR报告,从报告数量、患者性别和年龄、涉及药品种类、给药途径、ADR累及器官/系统损害及主要临床表现、关联性评价及临床转归等方面进行统计分析。结果:248例ADR报告中,女性(137例,55.24%)多于男性(111例,44.76%);>64岁患者最多(115例,46.37%);静脉滴注所致ADR最多(144例,58.06%);引发ADR的第一怀疑药物涉及13大类132种,其中抗菌药物引起的ADR最多(80例,32.26%);ADR累及多个器官/系统损害,以胃肠疾病(93例次,33.10%)为主;246例(99.19%)发生ADR的患者经过停药或对症处理后好转或痊愈。结论:ADR的发生与多种因素有关,医疗机构应加大ADR宣传培训力度,强化ADR监测工作,促进临床安全合理用药。Objective:To investigate the occurrence and pattern of adverse drug reactions(ADR)in a hospital,and to promote clinical safe and rational drug use.Methods:248 cases of ADR reported in a hospital during 2019 to 2021 were retrospectively and statistically analyzed in terms of number of reports,gender and age of patients,drugs involved,route of administration,organs/systems involved,causality evaluation and clinical outcome.Results:Among the 248 cases of ADR,the proportion of female(137 cases,55.24%)was higher than male(111 cases,44.76%).Most of the patients were>64 years old(115 cases,46.37%).Most ADR were intravenous-related(144 cases,58.06%).The most possible suspected drugs causing ADRs included 132 drugs in 13 categories,most of them were antimicrobial agents(80 cases,32.26%).The most common system organ class involved was gastrointestinal disorders(93 cases,33.10%).246 patients(99.19%)with ADR were improved or recovered after drug withdrawal or symptomatic treatment.Conclusion:The occurrence of ADR is related to many factors.Therefore,medical institutions should strengthen ADR publicity and training,enhance ADR monitoring,and promote clinical safe and rational drug use.
