摘  要:目前,恶性肿瘤和感染性疾病的发病率和死亡率逐年上升,已成为全球重要的公共卫生问题。在疾病的早期进行有效筛查和早期干预能够显著提高患者的治愈率和生存率。然而,传统的组织活检存在创伤大和依从性差等局限性。因此,研究并发现灵敏度高、特异性强的生物标志物具有重要的意义。近年来,随着分子诊断技术的迅猛发展,无创筛查技术,如液体活检在临床应用中日渐成熟。人体血液和粪便等样本中的多种生物标志物用于疾病早期诊断或伴随诊断成为目前研究的热点。本期专题就新的生物标志物和检测技术的研究进展进行了讨论。At present,the incidence rate and mortality of malignant tumors and infectious diseases are increasing year by year,which has become an important global public health problem.Effective screening and early intervention in the early stages of diseases can significantly improve the cure rate and survival rate of patients.However,traditional tissue biopsy has limitations such as large trauma and poor compliance.Therefore,studying and discovering biomarkers with high sensitivity and strong specificity is of great significance.In recent years,with the rapid development of molecular diagnostic technology,non-invasive screening techniques such as liquid biopsy have become increasingly mature in clinical applications.The use of various biomarkers in human blood and fecal samples for early or concomitant diagnosis of diseases has become a hot research topic.In this topic,we mainly reviewed the research progress of new biomarkers and detection technologies.
