沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合比索洛尔治疗老年射血分数中间值心力衰竭的疗效

摘　　要：目的 探究沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合比索洛尔治疗老年射血分数中间值心力衰竭(HFmrEF)患者临床疗效。方法 选取我院104例老年HFmrEF患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各52例。对照组予以比索洛尔,观察组在对照组基础上加用沙库巴曲缬沙坦。观察两组临床疗效、心功能参数、血浆Apelin-13及心肌损伤标志物水平。结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗3个月后观察组左室射血分数、每搏量、心排血量、左室舒张末期内径、左心房内径、右心室内径改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);治疗1、3个月后观察组Apelin-13、一氧化氮、一氧化氮合酶、肌酸激酶同工酶、肌酸激酶、B型脑利钠肽前体、嗜铬粒蛋白A水平改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合比索洛尔是老年HFmrEF患者安全可靠的治疗方式,临床值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of valsartan combined with bisoprolol in the treatment of elderly patients with heart failure(HFmrEF)with slightly reduced ejection fraction.One hundred and four elderly patients withHFmrEF in our hospital were selected.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,52 in each group.The control group was given bisoprolol,and the observation group was given sarkubatrivalsartan on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,levels of cardiac function parameters,plasma apelin-13 and markers of cardiac injury of the two groups were observed.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the left ventricularejection fraction,stroke volume,cardiac output,left ventricular end diastolic diameter,left atrial diameter,andright ventricle diameter in the observation group were improved more than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 1 month and 3 months of treatment,the levels of apelin-13,nitric oxide,nitric oxide synthase,creatine kinase isozyme,creatine kinase,precursor of type B brain natriuretic peptide,and chromaffin A in the observation group were improved more than those of the control group(P<0.05).Shakubatrivarsartan combined with bisoprolol is a safe and reliable treatment for elderly HFmrEF patients.It is worth promoting clinically.
