摘　　要：介绍了中冶焦耐研发的单孔炭化室压力调节(OPR)系统的调试步骤、注意事项和调试方法。基于OPR系统的基本构成和工作原理,结合目前已投产项目在调试过程中遇到的问题和解决经验,对OPR系统的标准调试流程进行归纳和描述,为后续OPR系统的调试工作提供指导和经验参考。This paper introduces the commissioning steps,methods and precautions of OPR system for single chamber developed by ACRE.On the basis of the basic components and operating principles of the OPR system,together with the experiences in solving the problems during the commissioning of the hand-over projects,the standardized commissioning procedures of the OPR system are summarized and described,which can be used as guidance and reference for future commissioning of the OPR system.
