摘　　要：为了提高初冷器对荒煤气的除萘效果,增加了多个阀门与流量计,控制初冷器喷洒液的组分及流量,减少荒煤气中残留的萘对设备与管道的腐蚀及煤气净化工艺的影响。In order to improve the naphthalene removal effect of the primary gas cooler on raw gas,additional valves and flow meters have been provided to control the composition and flow rate of the spraying liquid in primary gas cooler,thereby reducing the corrosion of residual naphthalene in raw gas on equipment and pipelines and the impact of gas purification process.
