摘　　要：目的构建基于虚拟现实(virtual reality,VR)技术的慢性阻塞性肺疾病(下称:慢阻肺)患者呼吸困难恐惧调适方案,为改善慢阻肺患者呼吸困难恐惧提供参考。方法综合文献检索与跨学科团队讨论构建基于虚拟现实技术的慢阻肺患者呼吸困难恐惧调适方案初稿,经2轮专家函询确定终稿。结果2轮专家函询的积极系数均为100%;权威系数分别为0.87、0.88;协调系数分别为0.142、0.244(均P<0.001)。最终方案包括干预者、干预对象、地点、时间、形式、内容及效果评价7个部分,含输入(场景暴露)、中间(恐惧调适)、输出(适应性反应)3个环节。结论构建的基于VR技术的慢阻肺患者呼吸困难恐惧调适方案内容科学,具有较强的应用价值,可为医护人员实施呼吸困难恐惧干预提供参考。Objective To develop a fear of dyspnea adaptation program for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)based on virtual reality(VR)technology,and to provide a reference for improving fear of dyspnea in patients with COPD.Methods A comprehensive literature search and interdisciplinary team discussion were used to construct the first draft of a VR-based fear of dyspnea adaptation program for patients with COPD,and the final draft was formed after 2 rounds of expert correspondence.Results The positivity coefficient was 100%for both rounds of expert consultations.The authority coefficients were 0.87 and 0.88,while the coordination coefficients were 0.142 and 0.244(all P<0.001).The final program consisted of 7 parts,including intervention performer,intervention object,location,time,form,content,and outcome evaluation.It comprised 3 stages,namely,input(exposure scene),middle(fear adaptation),and output(adaptive response).Conclusions The VR-based fear of dyspnea adaptation program for patients with COPD is scientific and of good application value,which can provide guidance for medical professionals to implement interventions for fear of dyspnea in patients with COPD.
