隐私信息类型、隐私采集主体与个体隐私风险感知的交互作用研究

摘　　要：智能社会隐私关注与数据挖掘之间的博弈值得关注,而目前尚未厘清隐私类型、隐私采集主体和个人隐私关注之间的关系。通过一项针对160名大学生的4(个人信息类型:数字足迹信息、数字生活信息、人口统计信息和自我披露信息)×2(主体类型:人类和人工智能)混合实验发现,受试者最为关注个人数字生活信息隐私,对人口统计信息隐私风险的关注最弱。此外,受试者更信任向人工智能主体而非人类主体披露个人隐私信息。根据研究结果,从加强用户隐私保护宣教、督促企业履行法律和伦理义务、应用联邦学习和区块链隐私保护技术,以及建立隐私侵犯事后救济等方面提出建议。The game between privacy concerns in intelligent societies and data mining is worth paying attention to.Currently,the relationship between privacy types,privacy collect agents,and personal privacy concerns has not been clarified.A 4(personal information type:digital footprint information,digital life information,personal demographic information,and self-disclosure information)×2(subject type:human and artificial intelligence)mixed experiment with 160 college students found that subjects were most concerned about the privacy of personal digital life information and least concerned about the privacy risk of demographic information.In addition,participants trust the disclosure of personal privacy information to artificial intelligence agents rather than human subjects.Based on the research results,suggestions are proposed from strengthening user privacy protection education,urging enterprises to fulfill legal and ethical obligations,applying federated learning and blockchain privacy protection technologies,and establishing post privacy infringement remedies.
