摘　　要：党的二十大报告强调“加快发展方式绿色转型”。加快经济发展方式绿色转型在本质上是协调经济发展与生态保护的关系,以新发展理念为指引,以改变传统粗放式生产消费方式为目的,通过将经济活动限制在自然环境可承受范围内,逐步实现经济发展与生态保护的协调,实现人与自然的和谐共生。在中国式现代化建设过程中,加快经济发展方式的绿色转型是生产力发展的本质要求,是满足新时期人民群众对美好生活向往的内在要求,是实现高质量发展的迫切要求,是我国生态文明建设的必然要求,更是构建人类命运共同体的本质要求,在我国建设社会主义现代化强国及全面推进中华民族伟大复兴的战略布局中占据重要地位。因此,我国应加快推进经济发展方式的绿色转型,站在人与自然和谐共生的高度谋划发展。The report delivered at the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasizes“accelerating the green transformation of development pattern”.Speeding up the green transformation of economic development pattern is essentially a process to coordinate the relationship between economic development and ecological conservation,which aims at changing the outdated extensive production and consumption patterns under the guidance of new development concepts.By limiting economic activities within the loading capacity of the natural environment,we can gradually achieve the coordination between economic development and ecological conservation and the harmonious coexistence between human and nature.In the Chinese path to modernization,accelerating the green transformation of economic development modes is essential for scoring gains in productivity,meeting people’s aspirations for a better life in the new era,achieving high-quality development and ecological progress,and building a community with a shared future for mankind.It occupies a key position in the strategic layout of building China into a great modern socialist country and comprehensively promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Therefore,China should accelerate the green transformation of economic development pattern and plan the development considering the harmonious coexistence between human and nature.
