摘　　要：高质量的流通体系能更大范围联接生产和消费,扩大交易范围,推动分工深化,提高生产效率。在“十四五”稳中求进的工作总基调下,评价流通业高质量发展水平具有重要意义。本文运用熵权法测算213个城市2011—2019年流通业高质量发展综合指数,并借助Dagum基尼系数和Kernel密度估计方法、空间莫兰指数检验法、Markov链分析方法揭示流通业高质量发展的区域差异及动态演进趋势。研究发现:我国流通业高质量发展水平整体处于上升趋势,存在空间非均衡分布特征,华东、华北、华南地区发展水平较高,华中、西南、东北地区虽然发展水平不高,但增长态势明显;流通业高质量发展差异逐渐扩大,地区间交叉重叠问题是造成空间非均衡的主要原因;流通业高质量发展水平存在显著空间正相关关系,并呈现空间聚集的“俱乐部收敛”趋势。因此,应通过促进流通业提质增效,摒弃粗放发展方式;聚焦流通业高质量发展空间非均衡问题,推动流通业协调发展;注重焦点城市溢出资源的承接与利用,加强流通基础设施建设;推动流通业数字化建设,促进流通业高质量发展。A high-quality distribution system can connect production and consumption on a large scale,expand the scope of transactions,promote the deepening of division of labor,and improve production efficiency.According to the general principle of pursuing progress while ensuring stability in the 14th Five-Year Plan,it is of great significance to evaluate the high-quality development level of the distribution industry.We adopted the entropy weight method to calculate the comprehensive index of high-quality development of the distribution industry in 213 cities from 2011 to 2019.Furthermore,we employed the Dagum Gini coefficient,Kernel density estimation,Moran’s test for spatial dependence,and Markov chains to reveal the regional differences and dynamic evolution trends of the distribution industry.The results showed that the overall high-quality development of China’s distribution industry presented an upward trend,with spatial imbalance.The development level was high in east,north,and south China.It was low but showed a significant growing trend in central,southwest,and northeast China.The differences in high-quality development of the distribution industry were gradually expanding,and the overlap between regions was the main reason for spatial imbalance.The highquality development level of the distribution industry had a spatial positive correlation and showed a spatial agglomeration trend of club convergence.Therefore,it is necessary to promote the high-quality development of the distribution industry through improving the quality and efficiency and abandoning the extensive development mode.The spatial imbalance should be addressed to promote the coordinated development of this industry.In addition,attention should be paid to the acceptance and utilization of overflow resources from key cities.
