健脾化浊调脂颗粒调节肠道菌群紊乱治疗动脉粥样硬化的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 研究健脾化浊调脂颗粒通过调节肠道菌群紊乱治疗动脉粥样硬化(AS)的临床效果。方法 选取江西中医药大学附属医院2021年1月—2021年12月诊治的100例AS患者,以随机抽签法均分为参照组和治疗组(各50例)。全部患者接受常规健康指导,参照组采取阿托伐他汀钙片联合阿司匹林肠溶片治疗,治疗组在此基础上口服健脾化浊调脂颗粒。观察治疗后患者血脂水平、炎症因子变化。结果 治疗3个月后,治疗组三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)水平均低于参照组,高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)水平高于参照组(P<0.05);治疗组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)均低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论 健脾化浊调脂颗粒可通过调节肠道菌群紊乱治疗动脉粥样硬化,改善患者血脂状态,减轻炎症对身体的影响。Objective To study the clinical effect of Jianpi Huazhuo Tiaozhi granule on treating atherosclerosis(AS)by regulating intestinal microflora disorder.Methods A total of 100 AS patients diagnosed and treated in Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 50 cases in each group.All patients received routine health guidance,the control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablet and aspirin enteric-coated tablet,and the treatment group was took orally Jianpi Huazhuo Tiaozhi granules on the basis of the control group.The changes of blood lipid and inflammatory factors were observed after treatment.Results After 3 months of treatment,the levels of triglyceride,total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,while the level of high density lipoprotein was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-αand C-reactive protein in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Huazhuo Tiaozhi granule can regulate intestinal microflora disorder in preventing and treating atherosclerosis,can actively regulate the state of blood lipid in patients,and reduce the influence of inflammation on the body.
