摘　　要：目的 探讨中药蜡疗预防经股动脉穿刺行数字减影全脑血管造影术后腰痛的效果。方法 将2021年1月1日—2021年6月30日入院的100例患者按照便利抽样的方法,前50例分为对照组、后50例分为观察组。对照组给予全脑血管造影(DSA)术前术后常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予中药蜡疗干预。观察2组患者术后腰痛的发生率、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分以及舒适度状况评分。结果 观察组腰痛发生率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后2~6 h观察组VAS评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);6 h末观察组患者生理舒适和精神心理舒适两个维度均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药蜡疗能有效缓解经股动脉穿刺行数字减影全脑血管造影患者术后6 h腰痛的程度,增加患者舒适度。Objective To explore the effect of Chinese medicine wax therapy in preventing postoperative low back pain after digital subtraction angiography(DSA)via transfemoral artery puncture.Methods Using convenience sampling method,100 patients undergoing DSA examination from January to June of 2021 were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each.The control group was given DSA postoperative care routine.The observation group was given additionally Chinese medicine wax therapy more.The incidence of postoperative low back pain,pain degree score and comfort status score of the two groups of patients was observed.Results The incidence of low back pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The pain scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group from the second to the 6th hour after surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the end of 6h,the two dimensions of comfort scale between the two groups of patients had statistically significant differences in physical comfort and mental comfort(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine wax therapy is effective not only in relieving the degree of postoperative low back pain in patients undergoing digital subtraction cerebral angiography but also increasing patient comfort.
