越鞠汤加减治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察于秀梅主任医师运用越鞠汤加减治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的效果,为中医辨治慢性肾小球肾炎提供思路。方法收集于秀梅主任医师门诊就诊的慢性肾小球肾炎患者86例,随机分为试验组和对照组,各43例,对照组给予盐酸贝那普利片,试验组在对照组基础上给予越鞠汤加减,观察2组患者临床疗效、尿蛋白定量、尿红细胞计数。结果治疗后,试验组总有效率为95.3%(41/43),高于对照组的81.4%(35/43)(P<0.05);试验组尿蛋白定量、尿红细胞计数均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论于秀梅主任医师运用越鞠丸汤加减治疗慢性肾小球肾炎临床效果明显。Objective To observe the curative effect of Yueju decoction on chronic glomerulonephritis,and to provide ideas for traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods 86 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis who met the standard in outpatient department of Chief Physician Yu Xiumei were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given captopril tablets,and the experimental group was given Yueju decoction on the basis of the control group.The total clinical efficacy,urinary protein and urinary red blood cell count were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was 95.3%(41/43),which was higher than 81.4%(35/43)of control group(P<0.05).Urine protein quantity and erythrocyte count in experimental group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Chief Physician Yu Xiumei in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis by using Yueju decoction is significant.
