四物汤调节月经周期治疗虚性闭经临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨虚性闭经患者中应用四物汤调节月经周期的效果。方法 选取2019年1月—2021年1月于江西省都昌县第二人民医院就诊的75例虚性闭经患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(38例)和观察组(37例)。对照组口服己烯雌酚片+醋酸甲羟孕酮片治疗,观察组予以四物汤调节月经周期治疗,2组均连续治疗3个月经周期。对2组疗效、中医证候积分、性激素水平及不良反应发生率进行比较。结果 观察组临床总有效率94.59%(35/37)高于对照组的76.32%(29/38),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组中医证候积分及促卵泡激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)水平低于对照组,雌二醇(E2)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 虚性闭经患者应用四物汤调节月经周期,可改善临床症状及性激素水平,促进月经来潮,效果确切,安全可靠。Objective To explore the effect of applying Siwu decoction on regulating menstrual cycle treatment in patients with deficiency amenorrhea.Methods A total of 75 patients with deficiency amenorrhea who were treated in Duchang Second People’s Hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were enrolled.They were divided into a control group(38 cases)and an observation group(37 cases)using a random number table method.The control group was treated with ethestrol tablets and medroxyprogesterone acetate tablets orally,and the observation group was treated with Siwu decoction to regulate the menstrual cycle,and both were treated continuously for 3 menstrual cycles.The therapeutic effect,TCM syndromes,sex hormone levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of observation group was 94.59%(35/37),which was higher than that of control group(76.32%,29/38),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the estradiol(E2)levels were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Siwu decoction to regulate menstrual cycle treatment in patients with deficiency amenorrhea can improve clinical symptoms,improve sex hormone levels,and promote menstrual cramps.The effect is accurate,safe and reliable.
