清热解毒合益气固表法预防高龄患者骨折术后感染临床研究

摘　　要：目的探究应用清热解毒合益气固表法预防高龄患者骨折术后感染的效果。方法选取南昌市洪都中医院2021年6月—2021年12月收治的高龄骨折患者60例,依据治疗方式不同分为对照组和观察组,各30例;对照组采取抗生素常规预防,观察组采取抗生素联合清热解毒及益气固表法预防,比较2组临床效果、术肢肿胀情况、切口感染情况,以及实验室指标差异。结果观察组术肢肿胀率与切口感染发生率均较对照组更低(P<0.05);术毕2组的C反应蛋白(CRP)、血沉(ESR)、白细胞计数(WBC)指标比较,差异无统计学意义,术后7 d,观察组复查数据显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用清热解毒法联合益气固表法可以有效降低术后患肢肿胀率与切口感染率,降低炎性指标,效果突出。Objective To explore the application effect of clearing heat and detoxifying combined with replenishing qi and invigorating qi and consolidation of superficies method in preventing postoperative infection of fracture in elderly patients.Methods 60 elderly patients with fracture in Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected from June 2021 to December 2021.They were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received conventional preventive antibiotics,and the observation group received conventional preventive antibiotics and clearing heat and detoxifying combined with replenishing qi and invigorating qi and consolidation of superficies method.The clinical efficacy,infection status within 90 days and differences in laboratory indicators of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of limb swelling and incision infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in CRP,ESR and WBC between the two groups after operation,and the re-examination data of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group 7 days after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion The clearing heat and detoxifying combined with replenishing qi and invigorating qi and consolidation of superficies method can effectively reduce the postoperative limb swelling rate and incision infection rate,inhibit the secretion of inflammatory indicators,and has significant effect.
