降脂理肝汤联合水飞蓟宾对非酒精性脂肪肝患者肝功能及血脂水平的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨降脂理肝汤联合水飞蓟宾对非酒精性脂肪肝患者肝功能及血脂水平的影响。方法 选取2018年12月—2021年12月淮安市妇幼保健院收治的非酒精性脂肪肝患者92例,依据随机数字表法,分成对照组(46例)、观察组(46例)。对照组给予水飞蓟宾胶囊治疗,观察组给予降脂理肝汤联合水飞蓟宾胶囊治疗,2组治疗时间都为3个月,比较2组各项指标。结果 治疗后观察组临床总有效率97.83%(45/46)高于对照组的82.61%(38/46)(P<0.05);与治疗前比,2组治疗后中医证候各项积分、血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平,体质量、腰围、臀围均降低,且与对照组比,观察组相关指标处于更低水平(P<0.05);2组治疗后血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平均升高,且与对照组比,观察组HDL-C指标处于更高水平(P<0.05)。结论 对于非酒精性脂肪肝患者,应用降脂理肝汤联合水飞蓟宾治疗可有效缓解其临床症状,改善肝功能,降低血脂水平,促进机体康复。Objective To investigate the effect of Jiangzhi Ligan decoction combined with silibinin on liver function and blood lipid levels in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.Methods A total of 92 patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease admitted to Huaian Maternal and Child Health Hospital from December 2018 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into the control group(46 cases)and the observation group(46 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received silibinin capsules for treatment,and the observation group received Jiangzhi Ligan decoction on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated for 3 months.The indicators of the 2 groups was compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.83%(45/46),which was higher than that of the control group(82.61%,38/46)(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome,serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),glutamyl transpeptide(GGT),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),body mass,waist circumference and hip circumference of the 2 groups were all decreased after treatment,compared with the control group,the relevant indexes in the observation group were at a lower level(P<0.05).The serum high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)level in both groups was increased after treatment,and the HDL-C index in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,the application of Jiangzhi Ligan decoction combined with silibinin can effectively relieve clinical symptoms,improve liver function,reduce blood lipid levels,and promote the recovery of the disease.
