手法整复结合活血止痛汤治疗老年肱骨骨折临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探析手法整复结合活血止痛汤治疗老年肱骨骨折的效果。方法 选取南昌市洪都中医院2020年3月—2021年3月收治的64例老年肱骨骨折患者作为研究对象,采用手术切开复位内固定治疗的32例患者列入A组,采用手法整复结合活血止痛汤治疗的32例患者列入B组。分析对比2组治疗后的效果、肩关节功能(疼痛、活动范围、肌力、活动能力及局部形态)评分及视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评分情况。结果 治疗后,B组总有效率93.75%(30/32)高于A组的71.88%(23/32)(P<0.05);B组肩关节疼痛、活动范围、肌力、活动能力及局部形态评分均高于A组(P<0.05);B组VAS评分低于A组(P<0.05)。结论 采用手法整复结合活血止痛汤治疗老年肱骨骨折,有利于缓解患者的痛感,改善其肩关节功能,最终提高总有效率。Objective To explore the effect of manipulative rehabilitation combined with Huoxue Zhitong decoction on elderly patients with humeral fracture.Methods 64 cases of elderly patients with humeral fracture admitted to Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to March 2021 were retrospectively selected as the study objects.32 cases of patients treated with surgical open reduction and internal fixation were included in study group A,and 32 cases of patients treated with manipulative reduction combined with Huoxue Zhitong decoction were included in study group B.The efficacy,shoulder function score(pain,range of motion,muscle strength,mobility and local morphology)and visual analogue pain scale(VAS)were analyzed and compared between the two groups after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of group B was 93.75%(30/32),which was higher than 71.88%(23/32)in group A(P<0.05).The scores of shoulder joint pain,range of motion,muscle strength,mobility and local morphology in group B were higher than those in group A(P<0.05).VAS score of group B was lower than that of group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Manipulative rehabilitation combined with Huoxue Zhitong decoction in the treatment of elderly humeral fracture is beneficial to relieve the pain of patients,improve their shoulder joint function,and ultimately improve the total effective rate.
