火针刺骨法协同浮针疗法用于膝骨性关节炎临床安全性分析

摘　　要：目的 分析火针刺骨法协同浮针疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床安全性。方法 选取济宁市中医院的80例膝骨性关节炎患者为样本实施研究,病例纳入时间2020年1月—2020年12月。依据抛硬币结果分组,设置对照组和观察组,各40例,分别采用浮针疗法及浮针疗法联合火针刺骨法进行治疗,观察2组的临床效果,比较其炎症因子水平与症状评分。结果 观察组的总有效率达95%(38/40),高于对照组的80%(32/40),2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各项症状评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间2组均未见显著的不良反应,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 火针刺骨法协同浮针疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎具备较高的安全性和有效性。Objective To analyze the clinical safety of fire needle piercing combined with floating needle therapy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods Eighty patients with knee osteoarthritis in Ji’ning Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as samples for the study,and the cases were included from January 2020 to December 2020.According to the results of coin toss,they were divided into the control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with floating needle therapy,and the observation was treated with floating needle therapy combined with fire needle piercing.The clinical effect of the two groups were observed,and the levels of inflammatory factors and symptom scores were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95%(38/40),which was higher than that of the control group(80%,32/40),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The inflammatory factor indexes of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Symptom scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant adverse reaction between the two groups during treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Fire needle piercing combined with floating needle therapy is safe and effective in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
