腹宁贴防治红霉素胃肠道反应临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察自拟腹宁贴穴位贴敷治疗小儿输注红霉素时发生的胃肠道反应的临床效果。方法 选取2020年10月—2021年3月阜新市第二人民医院儿科门诊收治的96例下呼吸道感染患儿为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各48例。观察组在静脉输注红霉素前30 min使用自拟腹宁贴穴位贴敷,每日1次,每次贴敷12 h,对照组口服蒙脱石散。静脉输注结束后对患儿的胃肠道反应缓解时间、总发生率进行统计分析。结果 观察组胃肠道反应缓解时间明显短于对照组,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组胃肠道反应总发生率为39.58%(19/48)显著低于对照组的79.17%(38/48),差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 自拟腹宁贴穴位贴敷对于小儿输注红霉素时发生的胃肠道反应有显著确切的临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of self-designed Funing paste acupoint application on gastrointestinal reaction in children with erythromycin infusion.Methods A total of 96 children with lower respiratory tract infection admitted to Fuxin Second People’s Hospital from October 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 48 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with self-designed Funing paste point application 30 minutes before erythromycin infusion,once a day,for 12 hours each application,and the control group was treated with montmorillonite powder orally.After the infusion,the remission time and total incidence of gastrointestinal reactions were statistically analyzed.Results The remission time of gastrointestinal reaction in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The total incidence of gastrointestinal reactions in the observation group was 39.58%(19/48),which was significantly lower than that in the control group(79.17%,38/48),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The self-designed Funing paste point application has a significant and definite clinical effect on the treatment of gastrointestinal reaction during erythromycin infusion in children.
