摘　　要：目的探究改良冰硝散敷脐疗法干预腰椎压缩性骨折腹胀的护理效果。方法采用回顾性研究,将70例腰椎压缩性骨折后腹胀患者分为对照组35例及治疗组35例。对照组运用单纯冰硝散外敷,治疗组采用改良冰硝散敷脐疗法。比较2组患者通气疗效、通便疗效、腹痛腹胀视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、治疗满意度以及护理满意度,以评价临床疗效。结果与对照组相比,治疗组通气时间、通便时间及腹痛腹胀VAS评分均显著降低(P<0.05);与对照组相比,治疗组通气疗效、通便疗效、治疗满意度、护理满意度及临床疗效均显著提高(P<0.05)。结论改良冰硝散敷脐疗法干预腰椎压缩性骨折腹胀的护理效果显著,能缩短患者通气及通便时间,缓解腹胀腹痛,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the nursing effect of improved Bingxiao powder umbilical therapy in the intervention of abdominal distension of lumbar compression fracture.Methods A retrospective study was conducted.70 patients with lumbar compression fracture and abdominal distension were divided into control group of 35 cases and treatment group of 35 cases.The control group was treated with external application of ice nitro powder,while the treatment group was treated with improved Bingxiao powder umbilical therapy.The efficacy of ventilation,defecation,VAS score of abdominal pain and distension,treatment satisfaction and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results Compared with the control group,the ventilation time,defecation time,VAS score of abdominal pain and distension in the treatment group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the ventilation effect,defecation effect,treatment satisfaction,nursing satisfaction and clinical effect of the observation group were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion Improved Bingxiao powder umbilical therapy in the intervention of abdominal distension of lumbar compression fracture is significant effect,can shorten the patient’s ventilation and defecation time,relieve the pain of abdominal pain abdominal distension,and is worthy of clinical application.
