我国临界性高血压研究热点和发展趋势的CiteSpace可视化分析

摘　　要：目的:基于CiteSpace软件工具分析国内有关临界性高血压的有关文献,以文献计量学的方法探究此领域的研究热点和发展趋势。方法:以中国知网(CNKI)、万方中文数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库和中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)为数据来源检索建库以来至2022年9月1日的相关文献,应用Note Express和CiteSpace软件对纳入文献数据进行计量学分析。结果:共纳入2071篇文献,文献发表数量自2000年后呈增长趋势。流行病学调查以及危险因素的分析是当前领域的研究热点。临界性高血压会对机体循环系统、内分泌系统造成损害,引起动脉硬化、靶器官受损等多种疾病。由于血压指标尚未达到使用药物的标准,现阶段针对临界性高血压并无明确具体的干预措施。对于无症状的临界性高血压病人,以调整生活方式为主。中医“治未病”理念与本病的发生发展机制相符合,中药、针刺、电针等中医传统疗法在调控临界性高血压病人血压水平方面具有一定优势。结论:临界性高血压的临床干预仍以防治、预防为主。控制病人血压,防止临界性高血压的发生发展是目前需要解决的问题。如何更好地将中西医理念相结合,制定统一而有效的诊疗方案,还需要进一步的研究来验证。Objective:To analyze articles on prehypertension(PHT)in China based on CiteSpace software,and to explore the research hotspots and development trends in this field by bibliometrics method.Methods:China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Database,VIP Chinese Database,and China Biology Medicine disc(CBM)were used as data sources from the establishment of the database to September 1,2022.Note Express and CiteSpace software were used to analyze the data of the included articles.Results:A total of 2071 articles were included,and the number of articles showed an increasing trend since 2000.Epidemiological investigation and risk factor analysis were the research hotspots in the field of PHT.PHT would cause damage of the body's circulatory system and endocrine system,causing atherosclerosis,target organ damage,and other diseases.There was no specific intervention for PHT at this stage and blood pressure indicators had not yet met the criteria for drug treatment.For asymptomatic PHT patients,lifestyle adjustment was the main method.The concept of"treating the disease without disease"in traditional Chinese medicine was consistent with the occurrence and development mechanism of the disease.Traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture,electroacupuncture,and other traditional Chinese therapies showed certain advantages in regulating the blood pressure level of PHT.Conclusion:The clinical intervention of PHT still focuses on prevention and treatment.Controlling patients'blood pressure and preventing the development of PHT are problems that need to be solved at present.Further research is needed to verify how to better combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine and formulate a unified and authoritative diagnosis and treatment plan.
