区块链在陕西农业地理标志产品保护的应用研究

摘　　要：地理标志作为一种重要的知识产权,对促进地域经济发展、推动乡村振兴事业、推进外贸经济发展等具有重要的引领作用。陕西气候类型多样,土地资源肥沃,物产丰富,拥有众多的名优土特产和农副产品,具有鲜明的地理标志特征。强化陕西省农产品地理标志保护,打响一批具有地域特色的产品品牌,既有助于产品品质的提升,也有助于地域文化的传承保护,能够有效实现经济和社会效益。通过对陕西农产品地理标志保护路径进行研究,基于区块链技术适配溯源的关键技术特点,探索区块链技术在农产品保护中的应用路径,提出农产品保护实践中的应用区块链建议,构建了基于区块链技术的陕西苹果质量溯源系统,从源头上注重地理标志产品的溯源和质量管理,促进了陕西省农业地理标志产品的发展。As an important intellectual property right,geographical indication plays an important leading role in promoting regional economic development,promoting rural revitalization and the economic development of foreign trade.Shaanxi Province has diverse climate types,fertile land resources,rich products,a large number of famous local specialties and agricultural and sideline products,with distinct geographical indications.Strengthening the protection of geographical indications of agricultural products in Shaanxi Province and launching a number of product brands with regional characteristics are not only conducive to the improvement of product quality,but also contribute to the inheritance and protection of regional culture,and can effectively realize economic and social benefits.Through the study of Shaanxi agricultural products geographical indication protection path,based on key technology characteristics of blockchain technology adaptation traceability,we explore the application path of blockchain technology in agricultural products protection,put forward suggestions on the application of blockchain in the protection of agricultural products,and build a Shaanxi apple quality traceability system based on blockchain technology.The development of agricultural geographical indication products in Shaanxi Province has been promoted by paying attention to the traceability and quality management of geographical indication products from the source.
