巴曲酶结合金纳多治疗突发性耳聋的效果及对患者血流动力学的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨巴曲酶结合金纳多治疗突发性耳聋的效果及患者对血流动力学的影响效果。方法筛选我院2020年3月至2021年3月所收治的80例突发性耳聋患者,以此作为研究对象,随机分为2组。对照组应用巴曲酶治疗,研究组应用巴曲酶结合金纳多治疗。对2组患者的治疗效果、血流动力学指标[红细胞压积(HCT)、血浆黏度(PV)、全血黏度高切(BV-HS)]以及不良反应发生率(胃肠道不适、低血压、头痛、皮疹)进行比较。结果与对照组(75.0%)比较,研究组治疗总有效率(95.0%)较高(χ^(2)=5.84,P<0.05);治疗后与对照组比较,研究组治疗后血流动力学指标低[PV:(1.8±0.4)mpa·s与(1.3±0.3)mpa·s,t=12.01,P<0.05;HCT:(44.7±4.1)%与(41.1±3.7)%,t=11.64,P<0.05];与对照组(25.0%)比较,研究组不良反应发生率(5.0%)较低(χ^(2)=6.34,P<0.05)。结论在突发性耳聋患者治疗时,巴曲酶与金纳多联合治疗存在显著的效果,不但能够减轻其症状,还具有较高的安全性,有效改善其预后,值得应用。Objective To investigate the effect of batroxase combined with Ginado in the treatment of sudden deafness and its effect on hemodynamics.Methods Eighty patients with sudden deafness admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as research objects and divided into two groups.The control group was treated with batroxase,and the study group was treated with batroxase combined with Ginado.The therapeutic effect,hemodynamic indices[HCT(hematocrit),PV(plasma viscosity),BV-HS(whole blood viscosity high cut)]and proportion of adverse reactions(gastrointestinal discomfort,hypotension,headache,rash)were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the study group was higher(75.0%vs 95.0%,χ^(2)=5.84,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the hemodynamic indexes of the study group were lower after treatment[PV:(1.8±0.4)mpa·s vs(1.3±0.3)mpa·s,t=12.01,P<0.05;HCT:(44.7±4.1)%vs(41.1±3.7)%,t=11.64,P<0.05].Compared with the control group,the proportion of adverse reactions in the study group was lower(25.0%vs 5.0%,χ^(2)=6.34,P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with sudden deafness,batroxase combined with Ginado therapy has significant effects,not only can reduce the symptoms but also has high safety.It can effectively improve the prognosis and is worthy of application.
