运用中医疗法从毒邪论治肺癌

摘　　要：肺癌是危害人群健康、造成生命威胁最大的恶性肿瘤之一,其主要病因是毒邪,毒邪蕴结于肺,使气机升降失调,痰、热、瘀、郁、毒交阻而致病。各种癌症的发生均与毒邪密切相关,毒邪包括外毒、内毒以及癌毒。其中外毒包括外淫六邪、环境因素、药物毒性、食物毒性以及病原微生物等;内毒包括热毒、痰毒、瘀毒、郁毒等。肺癌多从毒邪论治,遵循解毒抗癌、益气扶正、防复燃之毒的治疗原则。西医治疗肺癌主要采取手术、放化疗、靶向药物治疗等,患者往往因为不能耐受各种不良反应而停药甚或中止治疗。基于中医理论指导治疗,中医治疗肺癌方法包括药物治疗、针灸、穴位贴敷、穴位注射、中药注射剂和雾化吸入等,在肺癌临床治疗方面具有独特的作用。其中中医外治法既可以辅助药物治疗以祛除毒邪,又能够有效应对西医化放疗带来的不良反应,并且对于肺癌并发症的治疗有极好的效果。文章介绍中医药物治疗、针灸治疗以及其他中医外治法等在治疗肺癌毒邪方面的优势,以期为临床提供参考。Lung cancer is one of the most serious malignant tumors that endanger human health and life.Its main cause is toxin.Toxic pathogen accumulates in the lung,causing imbalance of the rise and fall of Qi(气),resulting in diseases due to the accumulation of phlegm,heat,blood stasis,depression and toxin.The occurrence of various cancers is closely related to toxic pathogen.Toxic pathogen includes external toxin,internal toxin and cancer toxin.Among them,exotoxin refers to six external pathogenic factors,environmental factors,drug toxicity,food toxicity and pathogenic microorganisms.Internal toxin refers to heat,phlegm,blood stasis,Qi stagnation,etc..The treatment of lung cancer should be from the aspect of toxic pathogen,and follow the treatment principles of detoxification,anticancer,invigorating Qi and strengthening vital energy,and preventing recurrence of cancer.In Western medicine,surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and targeted drug therapy are mainly used to treat lung cancer.Patients often stop taking medicines or even discontinue treatment because they cannot tolerate adverse reactions.TCM guides the treatment of lung cancer based on TCM basic theory.The treatment methods include medicine therapy,acupuncture,acupoint application,acupoint injection,TCM medicine injection,atomization inhalation and so on.Those methods have a unique role in the clinical treatment of lung cancer.TCM external therapy can not only assist medicine therapy to remove toxin,but also effectively deal with adverse reactions caused by chemotherapy and radiotherapy,and has excellent effects on lung cancer complications.In this article,the unique advantages of TCM medicine,acupuncture,and TCM external therapy in treating lung cancer are introduced,with a view to providing a reference for clinical practice.
