摘  要:随着工业科技的发展,工业系统中对于换热器的要求向集中型、密集型、高效型以及轻质型发展。而上、下双集箱,薄壁不锈钢换热管,成为此类换热器的发展方向。本文首先介绍此类换热器的结构形式,重点对其制造中存在的难点及解决措施进行讲述。With the development of industrial science and technology,the requirements for heat exchangers in industrial systems are developing towards centralized,intensive,efficient and lightweight.The upper and lower headers,thin-walled stainless steel heat exchange tubes,become the development direction of this kind of heat exchanger.This paper first introduces the structure of this type of heat exchanger,focus on the difficulties and solutions in its manufacturing.
