摘  要:镍基合金因其在氧化和还原环境中都有优秀的抗腐蚀性能,在化工设备中经常被应用于隔离层。镍基合金也因硬度极高的原因,在机械加工工程中相当困难。本课题通过对深孔钻钻加工堆焊镍基合金管板孔的研究,采用分多段变参数的机械加工工艺,提高深孔钻钻孔效率,以节约生产成本,减少加工周期。Nickel-based alloys are often used as isolation layers in chemical equipment because of their excellent corrosion resistance in oxidation and reduction environments.Nickel-based alloys are also difficult to be machined because of their high hardness.This topic through the deep hole drilling processing surfacing of nickel base alloy tube plate hole research,the use of multi-section variable parameters of mechanical processing technology,improve the deep hole drilling efficiency,to save production costs,reduce the processing cycle.
