摘　　要：目的:分析面颈部线状皮肤型红斑狼疮的临床、组织病理及治疗预后。方法:采用回顾性分析方法对10例面颈部线状皮肤型红斑狼疮患者的临床表现、组织病理、实验室检查以及治疗预后进行分析。结果:10例患者中男性6例,女性4例,年龄分布:7~67岁,平均年龄35.1岁。皮损分布及走向与Blaschko线一致,所有患者皮损局限,均无其他部位及系统受累表现;结合组织病理检查结果,符合皮肤红斑狼疮表现;口服硫酸羟氯喹配合外用他克莫司软膏或单用他克莫司软膏治疗反应良好。结论:面颈部线状皮肤型红斑狼疮可发生于各个年龄段,临床并非罕见,本病不引起系统受累,对口服硫酸羟氯喹及外用他克莫司反应好,预后良好。Objective:To study the clinicopathological features,treatment and prognosis of faciocervical linear cutaneous lupus erythematosus.Methods:The clinicopathological features,laboratory examinations,treatment and prognosis of 10 patients with faciocervical linear cutaneous lupus erythematosus were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The mean age of all cases(6 males and 4 females)was 35.1 years,ranging from 7 to 67 years.All patients showed a linear lesion along the lines of Blaschko.The lesions limited to the face and neck,and no other parts and systems of the body were involved.Combined with histopathological findings,they were diagnosed as linear cutaneous lupus erythematosus.Oral hydroxychloroquine combined with topical tacrolimus cream or topical tacrolimus cream alone had a good response.Conclusion:Faciocervical linear skin lupus erythematosus can occur in all ages.It is not uncommon,does not cause systemic involvement,and has a good response to oral hydroxychloroquine and topical tacrolimus.
