摘　　要：目的:研究正常头皮组织学结构,观察头皮毛囊和附属器结构的关系。方法 :招募23名无脱发疾病的志愿者,4mm环钻取枕部头皮组织,标本进行连续水平切片并行苏木精-伊红(HE)染色,获取组织图像数据,使用Reconstruct软件进行排列和三维重建。结果:真皮浅层毛囊周围存在轻度至中度炎性细胞浸润,多数毛囊单位中包含2个或3个毛囊,以终毛为主,每个毛囊单位包括毛囊、皮脂腺、立毛肌和汗腺,并以一定规律分布。结论:头皮组织连续水平切片及三维重建可为头皮组织病理学研究提供立体解剖依据。Objective:To study the histologic structure of the normal scalp and spatial relationship among skin appendages using three-dimensional reconstruction.Methods:Twenty-three volunteers without alopecia were recruited,and a 4-mm punch biopsy was performed in the occipital area of each volunteer:The specimens were sectioned serially and stained with hematoxylin and eosin(H&E).The images were taken and imported into Reconstruct software for arrangement and reconstruction.Results:Most follicular units contained 2 to 3 hair follicles,predominantly terminal hairs.There was mild to moderate perifollicular in flammatory cell infiltrate in the dermis.Follicles,sebaceous glands,arrector pili muscles,and eccrine sweat glands were arranged in an ordinary fashion.Conclusion:Serial sections and three-dimensional reconstruction provide useful approaches for studying scalp histopathology and permit more elaborate insight into the topographic relationship of skin appendages.
