获得性反应性穿通性胶原病3例临床及组织病理分析

摘　　要：报告3例获得性反应性穿通性胶原病患者,对其临床及皮损组织病理表现进行回顾性分析。3例患者均为女性,平均年龄67岁。该病临床皮损形态多样,3例患者皮损组织病理检查均可见变性的胶原纤维穿出表皮。3例患者均合并糖尿病,其中1例患者合并肾功能衰竭。该病最易误诊为结节性痒疹、坏疽性脓皮病及淋巴瘤样丘疹病等。Three patients with acquired reactive penetrating collagen disease are reported,and clinical and pathological data are analyzed retrospectively.All three patients were female,with an average age of 67 years old.Clinically,lesions vary and are present in multiple stages of development and regression.Histopathological examination of 3 cases showed transepithelial elimination of altered collagen.All the patients had diabetes mellitus,and 1 patient had renal failure.The disease can be easily misdiagnosed as prurigo nodularis,pyoderma gangrenosum,and lymphomatoid papulosis.
