摘 要:为提高智能可穿戴电子设备的热电性能,采用正交试验优化原位聚合反应的工艺参数,并制备改性聚(3,4-乙烯二氧噻吩):聚苯乙烯磺酸(PEDOT:PSS)基热电非织造布,通过扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、热电偶测温仪、万用电表等对热电非织造布进行表征和测试,研究了热电非织造布的结构和性能。结果表明:PSS质量浓度为10 g/L、过硫酸铵浓度为0.15 mol/L、氯化铁浓度为0.1 mol/L、离子液体双(三氟甲基磺酰基)酰亚胺锌质量浓度为30 mg/mL条件下,改性热电非织造布热电性能最优,其塞贝克系数为18.13μV/K,电导率为2.85 S/cm,极大地提高了PEDOT类导电聚合物的热电性能,可用于制备智能可穿戴电子设备。In order to improve the thermoelectric performance of intelligent wearable electronic devices,the thermoelectric nonwoven fabric based on modified PEDOT:PSS was prepared by optimizing the technological parameters of in-situ polymerization reaction through orthogonal test.The thermoelectric nonwoven fabric was characterized and tested by scanning electron microscope,Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy,thermocouple thermometer,and multimeter.And the structure and performance of the thermoelectric nonwoven fabric were studied.The results show that the thermoelectric properties of the thermoelectric nonwoven fabrics are the best when the mass concentration of PSS is 10 g/L,the concentration of ammonium persulfate is 0.15 mol/L,the mass concentration of ferric chloride is 0.1 mol/L,and the mass concentration of CFE is 30 mg/mL.The seebeck coefficient is 18.13μV/K,and the conductivity is 2.85 S/cm,which can greatly enhance the thermoelectric properties of conductive polymers of PEDOT.
